On 11 and 12 May, the Latvian National Opera will host the concerts of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, supported by Rietumu Banka. World-renowned orchestra led by Latvian conductor Andris Nelsons will come to Riga for the first time. The concerts will take place as a part of European tour, which will include performances in Austria, Germany, Czechia, and Latvia.
Rietumu Banka has allocated the financing of EUR 40 million to Latvian company ASNS Ingredient, and it is provided for building a pea protein isolate manufacturing plant in Jelgava. The funds will be used for construction of the factory buildings and purchase of the necessary production equipment. With the provided financing, it will be possible to start manufacturing this highly exportable product. The overall investments in the project will reach EUR 114 million.
Rietumu Banka provided a loan of EUR 6.5 million to SIA "FIBI 1" for renovation of historical building in the centre of Riga. The funds provided will be used for purchase and renovation of prominent Jugendstil building, as well as for increasing the company’s current assets.
To continue financing of business projects in Latvia, Rietumu Banka granted a loan to SIA Mart 11 – Latvian subsidiary of Estonian fund managed by Nuve Partners that invests into grocery-anchored retail properties.
As a general sponsor, Rietumu Banka supports and will participate in the 7th International Economic Forum, organized by the Latvian Academy of Sciences, taking place from March 7th to 9th at the Latvian Academy of Sciences in Riga.
Rietumu Banka granted a loan of 4.35 million euros to KSIA UNICO, supporting the construction of the third phase of the "Deglava Gleznotāju Residences." This is the second loan issued by the bank for the multi-apartment complex project. The previous loan amounting to 8.2 million euros was used for the construction of the project’s second phase.
